These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Lyrics Visualizer (the “Service”), a tool that turns a song and your lyrics into a lyric video. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Lyrics Visualizer lets you upload an audio file, album artwork, and lyrics, time the lyrics to the music, preview the result for free (watermarked), and — after a one-time payment — download a watermark-free 1080p video. Automatic lyric transcription runs locally in your browser. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. No account is required.

3. Your Content & Copyright

You retain ownership of the audio, artwork, and lyrics you upload (“Your Content”). You are solely responsible for Your Content, and you represent and warrant that:

• you own Your Content or have all rights, licenses, and permissions necessary to use it and to create a video from it; and
• Your Content and the videos you generate do not infringe the copyright, trademark, or other rights of any third party, and do not violate any law.

Many songs, lyrics, and images are protected by copyright owned by artists, labels, or publishers. Uploading material you do not have the right to use may infringe those rights. You — not Lyrics Visualizer — are responsible for obtaining any licenses required for the music and lyrics you use.

You grant us a limited, temporary license to process, store, and transform Your Content solely to provide the Service to you (for example, to render and deliver your video). We do not claim ownership of Your Content and do not use it to train models.

Copyright complaints. If you believe content generated with the Service infringes your copyright, contact us at our contact page with a description of the work, the allegedly infringing material, and your contact details. We will review and remove infringing material where appropriate.

4. Your Video & Our Intellectual Property

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fee, the final video you generate from Your Content is yours to use. The Service itself — including its software, design, visual effects, and branding — is owned by Lyrics Visualizer and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service.

5. Payments & Refunds

Previews are free. Downloading a watermark-free video requires a one-time payment, processed securely by our payment provider (Paystack). Prices are shown before purchase. Because the deliverable is a digital file rendered on demand, payments are generally non-refundable once the video has been delivered, except where a render is defective or fails through our fault — in which case contact us and we will re-render or refund at our discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• upload or create content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or harmful;
• impersonate others or misrepresent your rights to Your Content;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or circumvent the Service or its security; or
• remove or obscure watermarks on free previews.

7. Privacy

We process Your Content only to provide the Service. We may collect the email address you provide at checkout to deliver your video and for related communications. Transcription runs in your browser and your audio is not sent to us for that step. We do not sell your personal data.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lyrics Visualizer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lyrics Visualizer from any claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content or your breach of these Terms — including any claim that Your Content infringes a third party’s rights.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located in Ghana.
